Our fireplaces are made from a patented concrete poly resin blend that is lighter and stronger than concrete, real to the touch, hefty, with a sandy texture that will age well over time. The concrete resin mix is poured into a mold and allowed to cure for 3 weeks. The color goes throughout the unit.

You will need 3 to 4 strong people and a good hand truck (pneumatic tires recommended) for transport to final destination. Although this can be a do it yourself project, professional installation is recommended.
Fireplaces can be easily dismantled, moved and re-installed to a new area.
A good level is all that is required. The design of the fireplace is modular and no additional epoxy, grout or concrete is needed

Your new fireplace is free from manufacturing and material defects for a period of one year from date of installation, subject to the following conditions and limitations. Shipping damages must be reported to the carrier and are not covered under manufacture warranty.

The Old World charm of this item is the distressed appearance in the composite cement. The hood, body, and base may contract or expand giving the fireplace added characteristics. The premix composite creates diversity in color and texture adding to its eclectic beauty, which makes each fireplace unique. This is all part of the Old World Charm. All of these variations give character and enhance the beauty of the Old World Charm.
1. This fireplace must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the Installation and Operating instructions furnished with the product. Any alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
2. This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the Company.
3. This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which manufacturer shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, you must contact Vendor's Customer Service Department using the contact information included with your fireplace. If manufacturer confirms, after examination, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty is valid, manufacturer will replace such defective part without charge. If you return defective parts, all transportation charges must be prepaid by you.
4. The Company's only obligation under this warranty will be at its sole option to repair or replace any part proving defective.
5. Any installation, labor, construction, transportation, or other related costs/expenses arising from defective part(s), repair, replacement, or otherwise of same, will not be covered by this warranty, nor shall the Company assume responsibility for same. Further, the Company will not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, except as provided by law.
6. All other warranties - expressed or implied - with respect to the product, its components and accessories, or any obligations/liabilities on the part of the Company are hereby expressly excluded.
7. Company does not authorize any person or company to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale, installation, use, removal, return, or replacement of its equipment, and no such representations are binding on Vendor.
8. Company further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties.
9. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish, such as scratches, dents, season cracks due to shifting, discoloration, rust or other weather damage, after purchase.
10. All local, state, and federal laws are the responsibility of the customer for setup and use of the fireplace.
11. This warranty is void if:
a. The fireplace has been operated in atmospheres contaminated by chlorine, fluorine or other damaging chemicals.
b. Any alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product.
c. Warranty is void if you do not mail in your warranty card or register it online.

IF WARRANTY SERVICE IS NEEDED:

1) Contact your supplier. Make sure you have your warranty, your sales receipt, and the model/serial number of your product.
2) NEVER ATTEMPT TO DO ANY SERVICE WORK YOURSELF.

Shipping is included and estimated in the price, if there is a change to the listed price online you will be notified before card is charged.

All deliveries will be common carrier "Curbside Delivery"
"Curbside Delivery" provides delivery made to curb at the end of the driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

On occasion, any item being shipped motor freight may be subjected to freight mishandling and damage could occur. Our freight company requires that any damage be noted upon delivery to ensure a replacement at no cost.

If the shipment arrives with obvious damage, please note that on the Bill of Lading and unpack and inspect the entire shipment. If a broken part is discovered, please also notate the part on the Bill of Lading.

CJ's Home Decor & Fireplaces inspects your purchase before it leaves our warehouses. We do not ship damaged or defective products. Once your package(s) leaves our hands, the delivery company (ie: Fed Ex, R&L,Yellow etc.) assumes ALL responsibility for the safe delivery of your order. Once you sign for the delivery, you have released the delivery company from any and all responsibility for damage done during shipping of your order. So, when your order arrives, you should inspect ALL package(s) for signs of damage during shipment.

Inspect the package(s) for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the merchandise becomes your property. There are absolutely NO exceptions to this procedure. Unfortunately, all freight carriers are adamant about this and will not accept a claim for damage if you do not note any and all damage on the delivery receipt IN WRITING.

DO NOT feel rushed or pressured into signing until you have completed the inspection.

PLEASE take the time to inspect your delivery. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE BE SURE TO NOTE IT ON THE DELIVERY TICKET. If the damage is severe or excessive, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately at. If you sign of on it, it is yours. No exceptions!
