Safety glasses Measuring tape Diagonal wire cutters 7" minimum Long nose, or needle nose, pliers Wooden board with nails |

Lay out mesh on plywood or similar and stretch between two
nails. Do not over stretch as wire will bend. (See next slide) Make sure mesh is protruding 1" to 1 1/2" over plywood for ease of cutting and crimping wire.

Final cut height should protrude 1" to 1 1/2" over edge of
plywood for ease of cutting and crimping.

Cutting the wire: Cut the top wire as shown, cut right up next to the wire that is wrapping around. (Leave end long enough for crimping) Repeat the same step by cutting from the bottom

With needle nose pliers, bend each wire back to itself as
shown in next slide.
