Installation Instruction For Hanger Rod & Screen Systems Since every fireplace is constructed differently this instruction should be used as a guide line only. |

The sheet metal center bracket is mounted upside down on the Lintel bar in the middle of the fireplace, towards the front where the screens going to hang. |

The 2 rods with the flat end with hole, are usually bent 90 degrees and attached to the side of the fireplace, "see pictures". |

Sometimes it is necessary to make a special bracket to attach the center bracket depending on the Lintel bar in the fireplace. |

Simply slide the rings on the rod and stick the piece of round end into the bracket, the other end has to be screwed into the side of the fire place using the last Hog ring of the screen, then secure with screw into sidewall. |

NOTE: If this is a metal fireplace use sheet metal screws. On masonry fireplaces use leg bolts to anchor the screws securely into the side. |
