SHIPPING INFORMATION: 
Some of our products  can not be shipped UPS or FedEx. Therefore we will ship it  common carrier. Below we have listed three programs for you to choose from.
 NOTE:
Applies ONLY to Truck Deliveries (Common Carrier)
(R&L Carriers, FedEx Freight East, Con-Way etc.)
Products shipped to the five boroughs of New York, Long Island, Martha's Vineyard or to other restricted access areas an additional $55.00 has to be charged regardless of the address. This is due to the transportation surcharge or transport for delivery to these areas.


1. SHIPMENT TO A TRUCK TERMINAL:
We can ship to almost any truck terminals located across the U.S. Generally there is a terminal  near every mid-to-large-sized city. Most terminals are open at least 12 hours a day on weekdays,  and will help you load your merchandise into your truck or vehicle.

2. SHIPMENT TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS (NO HOME BUSINESS!!!):
Generally it costs the same amount to ship to a business address (No Home Business) as it does to a truck terminal. If  you do business with a local lumberyard or building supply center, or if your place of employment has a loading/unloading facility, you might want to have your merchandise  shipped  there.  
 Call or email for your exact shipping charge amount  with your delivery address.

3. SHIPMENT TO A PRIVATE RESIDENCE or Home Business:
We currently only ship to a terminal or business (see #2 above). If you would like to have your merchandise delivered to your home you have to contact the trucking company and make the necessary arrangements. Residential deliveries cost approximately between $60.00  more than #1 and #2. YOU MUST PROVIDE THE LABOR TO GET YOUR MERCHANDISE OFF THE TRUCK. WE RECOMMEND RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES ONLY WHEN SCHEDULING AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSE WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM. 

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: Includes Canada & Alaska Residents
WE CURRENTLY SHIP OUR PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A. ONLY!  

The following areas are classified "Residential" by the trucking companies:
Private Residence / Apartments / Farms / Schools / Churches / Mini Storage Units / Mine Sites / Dormitories / Construction Sites / Fairs / Prisons / Military  Bases & Installations


 Shipping Policy: 
NOTE: If customer misrepresents the delivery address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential area all residential charges made by trucking/delivery company will be the responsibility of the buyer/customer and back charged to your credit card or reflect in your invoice.
All shipments will be carefully inspected and packed before  leaving our warehouses. They will be shipped the best carrier possible (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Motor Freight, etc). Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at time of pickup. Please unpack carefully. Keep original packing if there is damaged.  Be sure to inspect the goods before you sign. IF YOU SIGN and the item turns out to be DAMAGED you have a BIG problem. By signing you are saying that the product was in good order and you are accepting it and waived the right to file a claim.
It is your responsibility to file claim for damaged merchandise. We can not file claims, we can only verify.
